The 11th best-performing governor in Nigeria for 2025 is Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, who scored 58% in the IIAA Governance Ranking. Delta State is one of the few states to exceed 100% execution of its health and education budgets in 2025. The governor has also committed billions of Naira to security to address rising insecurity in the state.
