Dr. Evans Oluwagbamila AYENI is the President and founder of the Initiative for Integrity Award in Africa (IIAA) also known as Integrity Award.
Dr. E.O Ayeni, being the President of IIAA holds the award of the Grand Commander of Integrity Award in Africa (GCIA).
The GCIA is a lecturer with one of the federal universities in Nigeria and has published in many learned journals.
The President is the author of an integrity book titled, Integrity of contemporary development: An ideological approach
.
The initiative under the leadership of the above person focuses on the promotion of good, effective and equitable governance in Africa region.

Professor Philip .A. Oyadiran (From Right) is the Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Abuja, a member Board of Trustee of the Initiative for Integrity Award in Africa. He is the President of the Institute of Human Capital Development of Nigeria, IHCN, Abuja, and the General Oversear of Amazing Grace Evangelical Ministry, Abuja, and he is awarded a Fellow of Integrity Award in Africa.
- Professor Abubakar Sadeeque Abba, FIA
Professor Abubakar Sadeeque Abba, is the former Deputy Vice Chancellor, University of Abuja, a Member, Board of Trustee of the Initiative for Integrity Award in Africa (IIAA), and he is awarded a Fellow of Integrity Award in Africa.

He is the Director of Logistic of this Initiative, and Member of Integrity Award in Africa, MIA
He is the Director of Programme of this Initiative, and Member of Integrity Award in Africa, MIA
She is the Director of Special Duty of this initiative, and Member of Integrity Award in Africa. She is an expert in Health Information Management.
